If they didn't intend their name to be on the image then they would of edited it out themself. It looks like quite an old version of the datedump, so I assume the mirror copied the file from wikipedia and we still don't know the source. Also, apologies for the standard message. Switching to wikEd is easy, check the detailed installation description on its project homepage. Often it is as simple as changing every occurrence of editor.js into wikEd.js on your User:YourUsername/monobook.js page.
