WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PAGE??? Not too long ago, it was very organized and categorized the actors under film, television, stage,... in the List of Jewish American entertainers article. NOW, this article is unorganized. Chronological order? For actors??? What happened to the section that showed each television show and the Jewish actors that play in them? CHANGE IT BACK!
:It's really the clearest way to organize it. In the old system, you had people who were listed as many as five times, depending on how many shows they were in, not to mention people who were listed several times because they were both film and television actors. It was hard to find anybody unless you knew exactly on what TV show they were in; it's also hard to provide citations for TV acotrs the way they were listed before. With the chronological/decade system, it's a lot easier and it gives you more of a historical context (i.e. you cna see actors coming out of the Yiddish theatre, or immigrant actors, in the early 20th century). It also resembles other similar xxx-American page.

PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK
I am telling you alphabetic order is SO much easier, and who cares how many times entertainers were listed so long as they contributed to each field. The television actors section took a long time to be in good order, and to be as complete as it could and now its all gone. This article is much harder to read and find a certain actor than before.
PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK! If there is anything I can do to even be able to see the article in its old format, I need to know. I am telling this because I truly believe the old article was 100x better. Please.
:It's too confusing. You'd have a TV show and I guess we would list the main Jewish actors, but then there's guest appearances, minor roles, etc. And then we had a "film actors" section, but who is a film actor? Is someone who had a 2 minute role in a film, and then otherwise just did TV, a film actor? And then there are stage actors who've never done either a film or TV, and variations on all of the above, so you'd get people listed several times, people who are not even actors listed, and then people who are actors not listed at all. All the other ethnicity-American actor pages list this way, or at least alphabetically, but listing by TV show is just a bad idea. You could similarly list people by film...

please change it
yes there were guest appearances and minor roles, and that is why those actors were placed in parantheses as "Recurring characters" or "guest stars" just to show that they have been in the show. That section was from much research and contributions. Any actor that has a bio on Wikipedia who has acted in a film can be categorized under
Film actors, regardless of how long they were in the film. This is feedback PLEASE take it. The article before was so, so, SOOO much better organized. It is irrelevant how many times they are listed. If he/she is an actor and a direcor, and they have worked as much in both fields, let them be listed in both. It makes sense. It has got to be changed back.

This is NOT an article that should be arranged in chronological order. the previous page, together with the List of Jewish entertainers, was more complete and had more information. very complete for the TV actors. I suggest it be changed back.
