No New York was a compilation album released in 1978 (see 1978 in music) by Antilles Records on the recommendation of Brian Eno. Although it only contained songs by four different artists, it is considered by many the definitive single album documenting the New York City No Wave movement. The album became so legendary that another album was released in 1981 entitled Yes L.A. featuring the band X on clear vinyl.
