* The songs I'm Not Going To Bed, Pushing Drugs, Into the Clear, and The Background have been leaked onto the internet via Japanese radio. The song You Will Remember Tonight has been around since 2005, on Andrews Website, then the Masters of Horror soundtrack. The song One Brother has been leaked onto the internet in early 2006 by an unknown source. 2 songs that have been heard but not known to be on the album are Kicks & Bricks and Vagabond.

* The Japanese release is also available with a bonus all-region DVD.
* The Korean release contains an extra page of strange and cryptic photos, and no lyrics to any of the songs. The Japanese release contains lyrics for all of the songs.
